Our policy, unfortunately, is, we cannot offer you a refund, returns or exchange for products bought online.

We only accept exchanges as a store credit if the original product that was bought online is taken to the main store located in Miami, Florida.

As we mainly sell food. We are not able to offer refunds, returns or exchanges for any item, sent to us, whether is damaged, expired or in any condition the product is.

Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
